Children of our teachers attend Sol & Son with at least 50% — and up to 100% — of tuition paid. Your own kids can grow up bilingual a few steps down the hall.

Who we're looking for · A quién buscamos
Our team grows as the school grows.
Sol & Son adds a grade each year — through 8th grade — and the team grows right along with it. Even when we haven't posted a specific opening, we're always glad to meet great bilingual educators.
We are now hiring for the 2026–27 school year!
Lead & assistant teachers
Our lead classroom teachers and assistants must be fluent Spanish speakers and proficient in English. You'd carry the Spanish side of our children's day, so we hold this one firm.
Specials & security
Specials teachers and security can be English only — if your gifts run outside the immersion classroom, don't let the word "bilingual" scare you off.
Something else in mind?
If you'd bring something good to our kids that doesn't fit either box, we'd still love to hear from you. Small schools are built on meeting the right people early.
